Precautions for Maintenance of Air Filters for Excavators, Steel Grabbers, Grabbers, Scrap Car Dismantlers, and Other Engineering Machinery and Equipment:

1. Ensure a clean environment when blowing and cleaning the filter element. Place the filter element in a clean area and blow the dust from the inside of the cartridge to the outside. Reverse blowing of dust is strictly prohibited.

2. Use a clean rag to wipe the inner wall of the air filter assembly. It is essential to replace the inner filter element simultaneously with the outer filter element.

3. When using compressed air for cleaning, ensure that the pressure does not exceed 0.2Mpa. Maintain a distance of not less than 50mm between the nozzle mouth and the filter paper. Blow uniformly along the direction of the folds of the filter paper. It is strictly prohibited to blow dust vertically onto the filter paper.

4. Before cleaning the large filter element, always turn off the engine to ensure safety.

5. After cleaning the outer cartridge, inspect the outer core for any damages. If any damage is found, replace it immediately.

6. Only blow dust from the outer filter element. It is prohibited to blow dust into the air filter core during maintenance, as it may allow dust to enter and potentially cause engine failure.
