Filter element classification

1. Hydraulic oil filter element, air filter element, gas filter element

(1) Hydraulic filter element, also called hydraulic oil filter element, stainless steel folded filter element, stainless steel pleated filter element, high filtration accuracy, large oil capacity, small original pressure loss, large dirt-holding capacity, corrosion-resistant, high temperature, wear-resistant and heat-resistant

(2) gas cartridge gas filtration resistance is small, filtering flow rate is large, dirt holding capacity is large, long service life, the fiber diameter and gap adjustable in the production process. The microporous inner layer of the cartridge is small and the outer layer is big, which makes the flow rate and dirt-holding capacity bigger, and the cartridge is not easy to be blocked and prolongs the service life.

(3) Parallel filter element is also called turbine filter element, small size, large filtration area, high precision, simple disassembly and assembly, easy to clean, large dirt-holding capacity, long service life, high flow density, good coalescence effect.

2.Dust filter cartridge

Oil-proof, water-proof, high temperature resistant, low temperature resistant, flame retardant and anti-static, high purification efficiency, large air volume, stable performance, long service life, easy operation and reduced maintenance workload.

3. Primary filter element, intermediate filter element, high efficiency filter element

Middle and high efficiency filters are bag type (generally medium efficiency), plate type and box type, which are characterized by stable efficiency, low resistance, large dust capacity, uniform wind speed and long service life.

4. Air filter element  

(1) Honeycomb air filter element has high filtration precision, high flow rate, small differential pressure, high compressive strength, non-toxic, odorless and no secondary pollution.

(2) The air conditioning cartridge for construction machinery is used in construction machinery, excavators, heavy trucks, and is smaller than the high-efficiency filter.

(3) Genset air filter element used in energy, cement, chemical, machinery, glass and other production lines to recover raw materials, purification and dust removal; pharmaceutical, cigarette, coating, production line to recover raw materials, purification and dust removal; wood, polishing, shot blasting, crushing, dust recovery in the powder preparation industry dust purification filter element
